Where does Tiki-a-Go-Go take place?

Do I need to purchase a pass in advance of the event?
Yes, as there will not be any passes sold on-site at the event.
Passholders must wear a wristband on their wrist throughout the event. Wristbands that have been removed will not be accepted. If a wristband is too tight, passholders should visit the registration desk to have it replaced.
Where do I check-in for the event?
All passholders will check-in at the registration desk, located in the foyer across from the entrance to the Caribbean ballroom.
For convenience, we recommend downloading the Eventbrite app to access your pass on your phone or bringing a printed copy of your pass.
Can I pick up passes for friends or family?
No. All passholders must be present with a valid photo I.D. when picking up passes.
Can I get a refund?
Although we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise, we are unable to issue refunds for event passes. We encourage passholders to privately transfer their tickets. Any attempts to sell passes above face value will lead to the cancellation of the passes, and the seller will be subject to a lifetime ban.
Will there be entertainment?
We’ll be presenting exceptional live entertainers, shows, and DJ’s.
Will there be cocktails?
Absolutely! We’ll feature amazing bars from across the country. Passholders can enjoy complimentary cocktails from various bars during the nightly band performances and the hospitality suite takeover!
Does a resort reservation include a pass to the event?
Unfortunately, booking a room at the Caribe Royale Resort does not grant access to Tiki-a-Go-Go or its associated events. You’ll need to buy your pass separately through Eventbrite.
What are the parking options?
There are self and valet parking options available. Passholders staying at the Caribe Royale Resort Orlando receive a reduced parking rate of $20/day.
Is Tiki-a-Go-Go a family friendly event?
Yes! The Producers of Tiki-a-Go-Go believe in the spirit of Ohana. A separate children’s pass must be purchased, for children ages 4-17. Day time events including the Vendor Marketplace, General Sessions and Panels are all family friendly. Any event area discussing or serving alcohol (this includes the VIP suites) and any nighttime events beginning at 6:00PM are 21+ only.
Magical Tiki Meetup is Sunday, are Theme Park tickets included with Tiki-a-Go-Go passes?
Attendees are solely responsible for purchasing Theme Park tickets and making park reservations.
